Dan and Heidi Dye started an exterior remodeling partnership in 1989 named Unlimited Exteriors. In the beginning Dan did all the work himself until Unlimited Exteriors soon grew to more than just a “mom and pop” company and in 1995 it had outgrown its name. With the increased expansion the Dye’s knew they had a winning combination on their hands and changes need to be made in order to fulfill their dream of owning a financially successful company that excelled in customer service. With a proven track record they incorporated their business in 2001 under their new name American Remodeling Contractors, Inc.
